Choosing… If you would like to discuss your personal requirements and plan, please have a consultation to ensure we create the results you desire.

Time… Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, this will allow you to enter into a more rested frame of mind and to enjoy one of our refreshments . We regret that we cannot extend your time should you be late, this will ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.

Tranquility… We ask guests to switch off their mobile phones in order to escape the pressures of your day.

Sshh… We have a dedicated ‘Whisper Zone’, created with you in mind and out of respect of other guests to enhance the tranquility of your experience.

Effectiveness… You can purchase products at reception to continue your beauty ritual at home.

Prudence… Should you wish to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, we request 24 hours notice or the full cost of treatments booked will be applied.
