Jacquies Beauty, the premier five star salon in Dumfries has been awarded another top honour at the Dumfries and Galloway Life People of the Year Awards.

Jacquie was awarded the prestigious title of Business Person of the Year at a ceremony in Easterbrook Hall on the 9th December. Nominated for her work to develop and promote not just her own business but also support other local businesses, Jacquie was thrilled to win the title. “I can’t believe we have won yet another award this year, and have to thank not only those who nominated me, but those I work with both in the salon and throughout the wider business community. I am very touched by the nominations and proud to have been recognised by Dumfries and Galloway Life for the work we are doing to develop the business.”

Jacquies was also awarded Beauty Salon of the Year at the prestigious Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards 2011 earlier this year.
